The window

You can request a full refund of your Pro purchase within 14 days of the original transaction date. We don't ask why. We don't require you to justify the request. If you're inside the window, you get your money back.

How to request

Email support@keystroke-app.com from the address you used at checkout. Include:

That's it. We'll process the refund through Lemon Squeezy and confirm by email. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After 14 days

Outside the 14-day window, refunds are not guaranteed but we still read every email. If something is genuinely broken — a bug we can't fix, a compatibility issue with your system, a feature that doesn't work as described on this site — write to us. We'll make it right.

Chargebacks

Please email us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks cost us a fee regardless of outcome and slow down the resolution for you. We'd much rather just refund you directly.
