Refund Policy
Fourteen days, no questions asked. If Pro isn't a fit, write us — we'll refund you. The whole policy is short on purpose.
The window
You can request a full refund of your Pro purchase within 14 days of the original transaction date. We don't ask why. We don't require you to justify the request. If you're inside the window, you get your money back.
How to request
Email support@keystroke-app.com from the address you used at checkout. Include:
- Your Lemon Squeezy order number (it's in your purchase confirmation email)
- The email address you purchased with
That's it. We'll process the refund through Lemon Squeezy and confirm by email. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Once a refund is issued, the corresponding Pro license key is revoked from our records. The free tier remains available — Keystroke continues to work with the 30-completions-per-day limit.
After 14 days
Outside the 14-day window, refunds are not guaranteed but we still read every email. If something is genuinely broken — a bug we can't fix, a compatibility issue with your system, a feature that doesn't work as described on this site — write to us. We'll make it right.
Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks cost us a fee regardless of outcome and slow down the resolution for you. We'd much rather just refund you directly.
